Biography

La Lupita, a rock band from Mexico, was formed in 1991 by Lino Nava (guitar), Héctor Quijada (keyboard and vocals), Alfonso "Poncho" Toledo (bass), Ernesto "Bola" Domene (drums), and Rosa Adame (vocals). Their debut album Pa' servir a Ud. was released in 1992 under Culebra Records. The band's lineup changed over the years, with notable albums like Qué Bonito es Casi Todo (1994) and Te Odio (2012), which featured the singles "Maldito Amor" and "No Voy A Volver". In 2016, Adame rejoined for their 25th-anniversary tour. La Lupita celebrated their 30th anniversary with a concert at Teatro Metropólitan in 2022, marking the release of Tormenta.
