Biography

Kiryu are a J-pop band in the Visual Kei tradition that combines elements of Japanese theatre with glam rock. The line-up features singer Kurosaki Mahiro, guitarists Sakai Miitsuki and Kujo Takesmasa, bassist Isshiki Hiyori and drummer Tokai Junji. Their debut single 'Shigamizakura' came out in 2008 followed in the same year by EP 'Another Side'. They have released several EPs and albums since then plus a three-track single 'Muku' in 2018. The album 'Tenshou Rinne' was released in 2018 and in 2019 they put out an EP titled 'Senkou' and the album 'Tamaki No Hasi Naki Ga Kotoshi'.
