Deluhi was a visual kei metal band formed in Japan in 2006. Originally known as Grave Seed, the group was rebranded when guitarist Leda, formerly of the power metal band Galneryus, teamed up with vocalist Juri. Deluhi quickly established itself in the metalcore and alternative metal genres under labels such as Braveman Records and CLJ Records. Their career began with the release of the album Surveillance in 2008. Building on their initial success, Deluhi released several singles including "Orion Once Again," "Visvasrit," "Mahadeva," and "Jagannath." In 2009, the band continued to gain momentum through singles like "No Salvation" and "Two Hurt," with the latter reaching number 114 on the Oricon Weekly Chart. Deluhi made their international presence known by appearing on the American TV show Bento Beatbox in April 2009 and being featured on the compilation album J-Visual[ism] 2 by CLJ Records in May 2009. Their song "Revolver Blast" was released in March 2010, climbed to number 51 on the Oricon Weekly Chart, and topped the Oricon Indies Weekly Chart. A month after the release of the single "Frontier" in June 2010, the single "The Farthest" reached number 47 on the Japanese charts. The band announced a hiatus starting in December of 2010, after their concert at Shibuya O-East. However, they announced their official disbandment in July 2011 following their final tour.
