Biography

Kid Wise is first and foremost pianist, composer and singer Augustin Charnet. His electro project began as a solo effort, before Kid Wise became a band in 2012 with the addition of five musicians. Kid Wise then turned to an ambient rock sound that blended electro, alternative rock and neo-pop. In 2013, the Renaissance EP earned the band rave reviews. In 2015, Kid Wise managed to graze the top hundred French sales charts with their album L'Innocence. Two years later, in 2017, the band reappeared with Les Vivants, a new album eagerly awaited by fans of sophisticated pop.
