Biography

Born in Copenhagen in 1991, Danish singer and guitarist Katinka Bjerregaard has been the lead singer of Katinka Band since 2015. Revealed by the TV show KarriereKanonen, Katinka Band has released three albums with its star singer, who is launching her own career in parallel. Also a poet, novelist and actress, Katinka Bjerregaard collaborated with multi-instrumentalist and producer Simon Ask to produce the show Jagten pÃ¥ det gode menneske (2020), which gave rise to the album of the same name. In 2021, the singer released her solo EP Katinka Bjerregaard Synger Toppen Af Poppen, followed in 2025 by the pop tracks "KnappenÃ¥l " and "Kogeplade", which reached No. 36 in the Danish charts.
