Born on 22 October 1993 in Las Piñas, Josh Cullen Santos also known mononymously as Josh, is a Filipino singer, producer, songwriter, dancer, and professional gamer. He rose to fame as the lead rapper of trailblazing P-pop (Pinoy pop) boyband SB19, managed under ShowBT Philippines, who debuted in 2018. The following year, the group became the first Filipino and Southeast Asian act to be nominated for Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards, but ultimately lost out to BTS. Their debut album Get in the Zone arrived in 2020 and the following year they made history by becoming the first Filipino artist to appear at the Billboard Music Awards. The group have continued to rise through the ranks to become leading lights of P-pop, with a host of accolades to their name. Meanwhile, Josh set his sights on a solo career. in February 2023, he made his debut as a solo artist with the "WILD TONIGHT" single, co-produced with his cousin Ace Santos, with "PAKIUSAP LANG" released as the follow-up, also in 2023.
