Biography
Joe McCorriston is a British songwriter, musician and performer from Morecambe (Lancashire), based in London. He is known for his energetic mix of folk, pop and punk-influenced acoustic rock. He began recording and touring in the early 2010s, releasing his debut demo, One Day, in 2010 and his album Try as You Might in 2012. Since then, he has built up a loyal following thanks to relentless touring in the UK and Europe, with his guitar-driven songs, often described as "pop for young punks". Alternating between acoustic folk and electric alternative rock, Joe McCorriston went on to record the self-released albums Sick & Sand (2014), The Party We Came For (2016), Existence. Familiarity (2018), Different Seasons (2023) and Fix Your Hearts (2026), which reached #49 on the UK download chart.
