Biography

Jeffries Fan Club was an American ska band formed in 1996 in southern California. The group released their debut album, Feelin' Sorry... for All the Hearts We've Broken, in 1997 under Vegas Records. They followed this with Nothing to Prove (November 1998) and JFC Sucks... The Early Years (1999). Their final album, Last Show at the Glasshouse, was released posthumously on August 14, 2001. The band's breakup in January 2001 was covered by OC Weekly, citing lead singer Mike Dziurgot's desire to return to school and personal struggles as primary reasons. Jeffries Fan Club played a reunion show at the House of Blues in Anaheim on November 9, 2002. The band was featured on OC Weekly's list of "The 129 Greatest OC Bands Ever" in 2003.
