Biography
Rising house star Jamie Jones grew up in North Wales, where he taught himself the techniques of DJing. Inspired by the rave scene of the 1990s, he created his own style, a blend of house and techno. His move to Ibiza in 2000 marked the start of his career, scouring the island's trendy bars as well as London, where he became resident DJ at the Ministry of Sound club in 2003. Spotted with "Amazon", his first EP in 2006, the artist joined the Crosstown Rebels stable and released a critically acclaimed debut album in 2009. Voted best DJ in the world in 2011 by Resident Advisor, Jamie Jones released Tracks From The Crypt on June 20, 2012.
