Biography
Real name Abdou Lahad Thioune, artist Jahman X-Press, born in 1989 in the Diourbel region of central Senegal, joined the group X-PRESS in 2005, which he completed alongside Brahim and King Selmind, and with whom he recorded several albums. From 2016, he collaborated on projects by artists such as Rafa, Fou Mlade, Anas Juulo, Amira Abed and CTD Diamant Noir. By 2018, several of his tracks had consolidated his solo discography, including "Bamba la paix", "Bamba Nieup", "Bamba la Joie" and "Bamba Teranga" with Ahmada Jadid, as well as "Nena Waaw", "Wakh Ma Allooo", "Def Si Code", "Damakoy Def" and "Ndeye". In 2021, he released the album Abiyo, to which Ashs the Best, Selmind, NIX, Dayza Akhlou Brick and Dip Doundou Guiss contributed.
