Jimena Valentina Guevara Barón, widely known as Jimena Barón or J Mena, is an Argentine actress and singer, born on May 24, 1987, in Buenos Aires. Her journey into the spotlight began in her early childhood, notably with her lead role in the 1998 film El Faro at the tender age of ten. This early exposure paved the way for a successful acting career, including her award-winning performance as Loli in Gasoleros, for which she won a Martín Fierro Award for Best Child Actress. Over the years, she proved herself as an actress through memorable roles in popular series such as Calientes, El Sodero de Mi Vida, Son Amores, Los Roldán, and Sos Mi Vida. Her talent also led her to participate in the reality contest Bailando in 2011 and 2018. Transitioning from acting to music, Jimena debuted as a vocalist with Barón Band in 2015. Her solo career took off in 2017 with the release of her single "La Tonta" and her debut album of the same name.
