Biography

Ingebjorg Bratland is a Norwegian traditional folk singer who took singing lessons and began performing as a child and won regional music competitions in her teens. She sang the theme song for NRK-TV's children's series 'Jul I Svingen' in 2006 and collaborated with that show's creator, folk singer Odd Nordstoga, on a 2013 album 'Haimafrå'. She made her solo recording debut in 2014 with 'Berre Meg' followed by 'Måesinn' in 2015. Her schedule was to include appearances at venues across Norway in 2020.
