Infinity 16 (stylized as INFINITY16), a Japanese reggae soundsystem group, were formed in 1994 by Tela-C. The following year, Decem joined the project. They began to focus on music properly from 2002 onward. Infinity 16 played at many clubs throughout Japan and won Club Citta's Sound Clash Tournament in Kawasaki in 2004. Between 2005 and 2007, they released six independent albums. In March 2007, they won the World Reggae Soundclash in Brooklyn, New York. Infinity 16 debuted under the major label Far Eastern Tribe Records with the single "Dream Land" featuring ShÅnan no Kaze, Minmi and Moomin. Decem quit the project around this time. Notable songs include "Dream Lover", a collaboration with ShÅnan no Kaze, Minmi and Moomin, and "Tsutaetai Koto ga Konna Aru noni" with Wakadanna from ShÅnan no Kaze and Jay'ed. The group released several albums under Far Eastern Tribe Records, including Foundation Rock (2007), SOUND CLASH ãDUB FI DUBã (2009), and My Life (2012). They put out the Mugen Juroku â 16 Bang Bang album in 2017, followed by a succession of singles such as "Dorodarakeno Sneaker" featuring Yokogawa Sho.
