Lisa Van Viegen, known professionally as iET, was born in 1978 in Rhenen, Netherlands. She is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who began playing the Flugelhorn at age nine and started writing songs at fourteen. In 2008, while active on Gearslutz.com, Van Viegen connected with producer Russell Elevado, leading to collaborations that culminated in her debut album So Unreal, released in 2014. Van Viegen's subsequent albums include Clarity (2016) and Hunger (2022).
