Biography

Real name Houari Mohamed Arif, Houari is the pseudonym of the Marseille rapper of Algerian origin, born in 1991. A member of the Ghetto PhÃ©nomÃ¨ne group alongside Jul, he launched his solo career in 2016, recording the albums En Tchoutchou (2022) and C'est de la Cali (2024), including the duet "VanillÃ©e " with Jul (ranked #91 on the SNEP chart). Meanwhile, Houari takes part in 13 OrganisÃ©, a collective of rappers from Marseilles. In 2025, Houari released his third solo album, Insomnia, including a new duet with Jul on "Tana".
