Biography

Henri Herbert, born February 13, 1985 in Harfleur, France, is a pianist, singer and songwriter specializing in boogie woogie. He began playing piano at around five years old, teaching himself through blues records. His early influences included Jerry Lee Lewis and Albert Ammons. Herbert's career started as a sideman in London, collaborating with artists such as Bryan Adams and Jim Sclavunos. From 2011 to 2014, he was the pianist for the British band Jim Jones Revue. His solo career began with the EP Wired (2015), followed by his first full-length album Boogie Woogie Piano (2018). In 2022, he released the album Boogie Till I Die. He released his first vocal single with a band in 2025.
