Biography

Harris Jung, known by his stage name Harris J, is a London-born Muslim pop singer who signed to British-based Islamic faith-inspired music production company Awakening Music in 2013. Jung, who graduated from London's BRIT School of Performing Arts in 2015, released his debut album Salam Alaikum in 2015 and in January 2016 unveiled a new music video for album track "Good Life". The "Save Me From Myself" single followed in 2017, and that same year Jung published a children's book titled Salam Alaikum: "A Message of Peace". A pair of singles surfaced in 2019; the pop ballad "Human" and trap-ready "Dangerous", a collaboration with RA and Ard Adz.
