Biography

Haley Reinhart's soulful voice propelled her to a third-place finish during American Idol's 2011 season, kickstarting a diverse career that would find the singer/songwriter releasing her own material as well as reinterpreting the songs of her heroes. Born in the Chicago suburb of Wheeling, Illinois, on September 9, 1990, she released her debut album, Listen Up!, in 2012. She began performing with Postmodern Jukebox in 2015, serving as one of the group's rotating lead singers and landing a Number 1 hit with their retro cover of Radiohead's "Creep," which spent more than a year on Billboard's Jazz Digital Songs chart. While continuing to tour with Postmodern Jukebox throughout 2016, Reinhart also released her sophomore album, Better, and recorded a platinum-selling cover of Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love." What's That Sound?, Reinhart's tribute to 1960s music, followed in 2017, with Lo-Fi Soul appearing in 2019.
