Biography

Haley Hannah Heynderickx, born on May 28, 1993, in Stockton, California, is an American singer and songwriter. Raised in Forest Grove, Oregon, she learned to sing at her local church and later graduated from Portland State University. In 2016, Heynderickx self-released her debut EP Fish Eyes, marking the beginning of her music career. Her first full-length album, I Need to Start a Garden, was released in March 2018 under Mama Bird Recording Co., receiving positive reviews, including a 7.3 rating from Pitchfork, and recognition as an "artist to watch" by Stereogum. In 2024, she released her second studio album, Seed of a Seed.
