Mohammad Guruh Irianto Sukarnoputra, also known as Guruh Sukarno Putra, was born on January 13, 1953, in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is an artist and politician. He is the youngest son of Indonesia's first president, Sukarno. After completing his education at the University of Amsterdam, he initially pursued a career in the arts rather than politics. His musical journey began with the release of the album Guruh Gipsy in 1977, a collaboration with Chrisye. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, he released several notable albums, including Untukmu Indonesiaku (1980), Pergelaran Karya - Cipta Guruh Sukarno Putra II: Untukmu Indonesiaku! (1980), and NTXTC (1996). In 1991, he was awarded the Chevalier de L'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government. He also had a significant political career, serving as a member of the Indonesian People's Representative Council for over three decades.
