Biography
Guerre Froide is a French cold wave band formed in 1980 in Amiens, France. The group consisted of the members Yves Royer, Fabrice Fruchart, Samuel Druon, and Clothilde Sourdeval. Their early recordings include the EP Untitled (1981) and the track âDemain Berlinâ (1981), which achieved international recognition. The ensemble became inactive in 1982 before resuming activity in 2006. Their discography includes the albums Angoisses et Divertissement (2007) and Abrutir les Masses (2010). Subsequent releases include the recordings Avant-Dernière Pensée (2014) and Coruscant (2017).
