Biography
The Good Life, an American indie rock band from Omaha, Nebraska, was founded in 2000 by Tim Kasher of Cursive. The band began as a solo project for Kasher to process song material not suitable for his other projects. Their debut album Novena On A Nocturn was released in 2000 by Better Looking Records. In 2004, they released the EP Lovers Need Lawyers and the album Album Of The Year, which reached number 38 on Billboard's Independent Albums chart. Their fourth album, Help Wanted Nights, came out in 2007 and reached number 27 on the independent albums chart and number 125 on the Billboard 200.
