Biography
Gab Forest, real name Gabriel Forest, is a country singer-songwriter from Quebec, born on September 29, 1998. He began playing guitar at the age of 10, initially exploring rock. At 14, he took part in the third edition of the Mixmania reality show. At 17, under the name Clyde Forest, he launched a five-song English-language musical project, sharing the stage with Soran in 2019. At 22, he took part in the 8th edition of La Voix, joining Garou's team and reaching the quarter-finals. This experience leads him to adopt the name Gab Forest and to turn to country music. In June 2023, he released his first country single in French, " On s'éclipse ", which reached the Top 60 of the Mediabase chart in Quebec. Then, in April 2024, he launched his song " Toujours mieux en solo ". He also opened for established country artists such as Laurence Saint-Martin and Francis Degrandpré in 2024. In May of the same year, Gab Forest releases the album Peut-être demain, including the tracks " Ton Homme " and " Les Meilleures Histoires ".
