Biography
Forestella is a South Korean male vocal quartet that emerged from the JTBC singing competition Phantom Singer 2 in 2017. With members Cho Mingyu, Bae Doo-hoon, Kang Hyung-ho and Ko Woo-rim, the team rose to victory on the show and made their official debut on March 14, 2018, with the highly acclaimed album Evolution, reaching number 13 on the charts. Since then, they have unveiled two more studio albums: Mystique (2019), peaking at number 14, and The Forestella (2021), which secured the 16th spot. Their musical journey continued with the release of the EP The Beginning: World Tree in May 2022, which soared to number 14 on the charts and The Bloom: Utopia/The Borders of Utopia in December of the same year, reaching number 22. In 2023, they unveiled third EP Unfinished, which hit number 20 and spawned the single "Snow Globe." After a successful year of tours throughout New York, Los Angeles, and Vancouver, they returned in 2024 with "Stuck in a Maze." Their fourth full album, THE LEGACY was released in April 2026 and entered Korea's Top 100 albums K-pop chart at rank 10 on its release week.
