Fibes, Oh Fibes! are a Swedish funk rock trio from Gothenburg, formed in 2001 by vocalist and pianist Christian Olsson, guitarist Mathias Nilsson, and bassist Edvin Edvinsson. The group released a selfâtitled EP in 2001. Their debut album Still Fresh was released in 2004, followed by Emotional in 2006, which peaked at numberâ¯25 on the Swedish Albums Chart. In 2009, the album 1987 reached numberâ¯8, and featured collaborations with Gary Kemp, Pontus Winnberg, Petter Winberg, Oskar Linnros, and duets with Björn Skifs and Kim Wilde. Their single "Run to You" (2009) with Kim Wilde peaked at numberâ¯24. The album also earned the 2010 Grammis Award for Pop Album of the Year. A later release, Album, entered the chart at numberâ¯20 in 2012.
