Biography

Liane Hegemann, born on April 8, 1969, in Hattingen, Germany, is a German pop singer. She began her career in 1987 with Coconut Records and the pop-girlband Twenty-One. After providing vocals for Bad Boys Blueâs âCome Back and Stayâ and joining the Euro-dance project E-Rotic in 1994, she released her first solo singles âMy Heart Is on Fireâ (1989) and later âDie Nacht am Lago Maggioreâ (1992). Hegemannâs album Blinde Augen was released in 2015. Her work remains a notable part of 1990s Euro-dance and German pop history.
