Biography
Black Fast was an American thrash metal band from St. Louis, Missouri, formed in 2010 by Aaron Akin, Ryan Thompson, Trevor Johanson, and Ross Burnett. Their initial release, Black Fast EP, came out in April 2011, followed by their first full-length album, Starving Out the Light, on August 16, 2013. In November 2014, Black Fast signed with eOne Music and released Terms of Surrender on August 7, 2015. Their third studio album, Spectre of Ruin, was released on July 13, 2018. The band toured extensively with notable acts such as Shadows Fall and Battlecross. After booking challenges and personal changes, Black Fast unofficially dissolved in late 2018.
