Evelyn Huber, born in 1970, is a German harpist and music educator. She studied under Helga Storck at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich, where she completed postgraduate studies in harp. In 2007, she was appointed visiting professor at the Guildhall School of Music in London and she has conducted jazz workshops in the US. She has collaborated with Giora Feidman, Rudi Zapf, and Mulo Francel, with whom she formed a long-standing duo. From 2008 to 2020, Huber was part of Quadro Nuevo, an ensemble that won the ECHO Jazz award for "Live-Act of the Year" in 2010 and 2011. Her solo albums include Inspire (2016), Para un mejor mundo - For a Better World (2019), Calm (2021), and Joy (2022). Huber has received numerous awards, including the Bavarian Culture Prize in 2009 and two German Jazz Awards in Gold.
