Biography

Erik Hulzebosch, born on June 17, 1970 in Ane, Gramsbergen, Netherlands, is a singer known for his contributions to Middle of the Road (MOR), Nederpop, and Pop music genres. Initially starting as a cyclo-cross cyclist, Hulzebosch transitioned into speed skating, making his debut in 1987. His breakthrough in music came with the release of "Hulzebosch" in 1997, which reached number 15 on the charts and stayed there for five weeks. This success was followed by another single, "Foie, Foie, Foie / Ik vin oe sexie," released in 1998. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his Eastern Dutch accent and popularity, which led to his music gaining significant attention.
