Biography
Envy on the Coast, a post-hardcore band from Long Island, New York, formed when members began playing together in 2003. The band's first official show took place in 2005 after recruiting drummer Dan Gluszak. In 2006, they released their self-titled EP Envy on the Coast, produced by Bryan Russell, and supported it with tours alongside Saosin, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Angels and Airwaves. Their first full-length album, Lucy Gray, was released in 2007, featuring the music videos for âSugar Skullsâ and âMirrorsâ. In 2010, they released their second full-length album, Lowcountry. The band announced they were disbanding in 2010.
