Down with Webster is a Canadian rap rock ensemble formed in 1998 in Toronto by Patrick Gillett and Tyler Armes. The group originally performed as an instrumental jazz band before incorporating hip hop elements. The ensemble released its eponymous debut studio recording in 2007. In October 2009, the band signed with Universal Motown and released the EP Time to Win, Vol. I, which included the tracks âRich Girl$â and âYour Manâ. The group followed with the major-label debut Time to Win, Vol. II (2011), featuring the track âShe's Dopeâ. The ensemble released the recording Party for Your Life in 2014, including the tracks âOne in a Millionâ and âChillsâ. After becoming inactive in 2015, the group released the album V in 2021. Down with Webster resumed activity in 2024 for a series of festival performances.
