Biography
Dot Hacker is an American experimental rock band from California, formed in 2008. Dot Hacker emerged after bassist Jonathan Hischke moved to Los Angeles to collaborate with multi-instrumentalist Josh Klinghoffer and fellow musicians Clint Walsh and Eric Gardner, who had previously worked together in the touring incarnation of Gnarls Barkley. The band released its debut EP Dot Hacker in 2012, followed by their first full-length album, Inhibition, the same year. In June 2013, Dot Hacker performed in California and Las Vegas. In 2014, they released the first of two new albums that year, How's Your Process? (Work), followed by How's Your Process? (Play). The band played their first international show in Tokyo in February 2015 and released their third album â3 in 2017.
