The Pozo-Seco Singers were an American folk ensemble from Corpus Christi established in 1965. The group consisted of the musicians Lofton Kline, Susan Taylor, and Don Williams. They achieved professional recognition for a musical career that began after performing under the stage name The Strangers Two. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for a project name inspired by an oil field term. Their recording career began with the song âTimeâ (1966) which reached number 3 on the Billboard Easy Listening chart and number 9 in Canada. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the debut studio recording Time (1966) which reached number 127 in the United States. Their discography included the studio recording I Can Make It With You (1967) which reached number 81 and the song âI Can Make It With Youâ (1966) which reached number 32. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Shades of Time (1968) and the studio recording Spend Some Time With Me (1970) released on the label Certron Records. The group became inactive in 1970. Taylor achieved professional recognition for a solo career under the stage name Taylor Pie and Williams achieved professional recognition for a career in country music. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the documentary film Nobody Famous (2021).
