Biography
Lively California dance band DNCE came together in 2015 with singer Joe Jonas, formerly of the Jonas Brothers, guitarist and keyboard player JinJoo Lee, bassist Cole Whittle and drummer Jack Lawless. They released the single 'Cake By the Ocean' which peaked at number nine on the Billboard Hot 100 and 'Toothbrush' which went to number 44. In 2016, they appeared as Johnny Casino and the Gamblers in a special live Broadway production of the musical 'Grease' on Fox TV in America. They released their eponymous debut album in 2016, toured with Selena Gomez and worked with Nicki Minaj on the 2017 single 'Kissing Strangers'. That year they headlined a national American tour, DNCE in concert.
