Disciplin A Kitschme, originally known as Disciplina KiÄme, is a Serbian rock band formed in Belgrade in 1981 by bassist and vocalist DuÅ¡an KojiÄ "Koja." The group emerged from the seminal Yugoslav new wave band Å arlo Akrobata. Their debut album, SviÄa mi se da ti ne bude prijatno, released in 1983, showcased their raw and minimalist sound with dominant bass lines and aggressive drums. In 1986, they gained mainstream popularity with the release of Svi za mnom!. During the Yugoslav Wars, KojiÄ moved to London and reformed the band under the name Disciplin A Kitschme, releasing three studio albums between 1995 and 2003. In 2004, KojiÄ returned to Belgrade and continued with a new lineup until 2019 when vocalist Manja ÄorÄeviÄ died and KojiÄ suffered a stroke, leading to the band's inactivity. Notable releases include the album Uf! (2011) and the single "Samo Disciplina!" (2013).
