Die So Fluid is a British hard rock band formed in London in 2001, consisting of Georgina "Grog" Lisee (vocals, bass), Drew Richards (guitar), and Justin Bennett (drums). Al Fletcher played drums and provided backing vocals until his death in 2016. Die So Fluid released their debut EP Operation Hypocrite on Raw Power Records in 2001. Their first full-length album, Spawn of Dysfunction, was released in 2004 following a single on Sanctuary Records. The band continued to release albums including Not Everybody Gets a Happy Ending (2008), The World is Too Big for One Lifetime (2010), and The Opposites of Light (2014). In June 2024, Die So Fluid announced their sixth studio album, Skin Hunger, released in September of that year.
