Fuel Fandango was a Spanish musical duo formed in 2008 in Córdoba. The group consisted of producer Alejandro Acosta and singer Cristina Manjón, who performed under the stage name Nita. The ensemble blended musical styles including funk, soul, electronics, jazz and flamenco. In 2009, they released an EP which received 15,000 downloads. The duo issued its debut studio album, Fuel Fandango, in 2011. This was followed by the album Trece lunas in 2013, which featured the tracks âNew Lifeâ and âRead My Lipsâ. In 2016, the band released the album Aurora, which reached number 2 on the Spanish sales charts. Their later recordings included the studio album Origen (2020) and the EP Romances (2022). The group disbanded in June 2024.
