Biography

Dario Pinelli, born March 27, 1982, in Manduria, Italy, is an Italian jazz manouche guitarist. He began studying classical guitar at a young age and performed as a concertist in baroque music before winning a scholarship from Jazz Music International to study jazz guitar in New York. In 2010, Pinelli collaborated with BinarioSwing, performing at notable venues such as the Metropolitan Room and Birdland in New York City. Their 2009 USA Tour included an invitation by David Amram at "The Village Gate." Pinelli's music has been featured in various media outlets, including La Casa Sulle Nuvole, a film with Adriano Giannini, and several international radio shows. With BinarioSwing, he embarked on the world tour "You did it!" in 2012, covering multiple countries. Notable albums include Just Wine About It! (2008) and The Godfathers (2007).
