Biography

Daniel Stefanik is German DJ and producer of electronic music. He started playing drums before transitioning to electronic music in the mid-1990s, performing at clubs like Berlin's Tresor and Dresden's Strasse E. In 2003, Daniel Stefanik collaborated with Matthias Tanzmann under the name Tanzmann und Stefanik, releasing their first productions on Moon Harbour Recordings. His debut solo album Silent Whisper was released digitally in 2005, followed by his first vinyl release Reactivity in 2008 on Statik Entertainment. In 2012, he released Confidence on Cocoon Recordings and Genesis in 2014 on Statik Entertainment. Stefanik also had experience in remix work.
