D82 is a four-member rock band from South Korea, formed on November 30, 2021, and officially debuting through Mnet’s Great Seoul Invasion on August 18, 2022. The band consists of Kim Chang-hyeon (leader, keyboard), Han Seung-yoon (vocal, guitar), Kim Eun-se (bass, scat), and Hwang Min-jae (drums). Initially introduced as Han Seung-yoon’s Band during the Great Seoul Invasion preliminaries, the group adopted the name D82 from the first round of the competition. Their name, an abbreviation of Dial 82, represents South Korea’s country code and signifies their ambition to gain global recognition. The band gained widespread attention for their exceptional musical skills and distinct sound, solidifying their presence in the Korean rock scene. D82 is signed under Your Summer and released their first EP, Take Off, on April 20, 2024. Their music blends energetic rock with emotional depth, showcasing the members' strong individual artistry and collective synergy. The band’s first digital single, "Forest," was released on August 3, 2024. In February 2025, D82 released their new single "Vinasse".
