Jonas Wochner, known by his stage name Contec, is a German music producer and DJ from Stuttgart. He has been musically active since childhood and started playing the piano at the age of nine. Over the years, he developed a passion for electronic music and specialized in the techno and trance genres. His productions are characterized by powerful beats and atmospheric soundscapes. Contec regularly releases music via social media. His well-known tracks include "From the East" (2023), "Afterlife" (2024) and "Fly" (2025), the latter in collaboration with Yunkuz Abi. In April 2025, the single "Als du gingst (Edit)" with singer Lina Maly was released. Other releases include "Keep Me Alive (feat. Manami)" and "Saw Hard!". Contec is also known for his remixes, including an edit of K.Flay's "Can't Sleep".
