Biography

Coleman Richard Hell, born on April 25, 1989, is a Canadian musician from Thunder Bay, Ontario. He began his music career by releasing the single "Glow" in 2012, followed by the EP VENA in 2014. His breakthrough came with the release of "2 Heads" in February 2015, which peaked at number 15 on the Canadian Hot 100 and number 5 on the US Alternative Airplay chart. Hell founded the Toronto-based artist collective Sideways and toured with Robert DeLong in 2015 and Twenty One Pilots in 2016. His debut full-length album, Summerland, was released in 2016 by Columbia Records and nominated at the 2017 Juno Awards for Pop Album of the Year. In 2021, he released his second studio album, Topanga, followed by Joyride! in 2024.
