Biography

Citizen Zero, a hard rock band from Detroit, Michigan, was founded in Rochester Hills in 2010 by Greg Dudley on bass, John Dudley on drums, Matt Dudley on guitar, and vocalist Josh LeMay. The band's debut EP, Citizen Zero, was recorded in 2011 at Rustbelt Studios with Kid Rock’s recording engineer Al Sutton. In 2012, following the death of Matt Dudley, guitarist Sammy Boller joined the band during the production of their second EP, Life Explodes. Greg Dudley left the band in 2015 and was replaced by Sam Collins on bass. Citizen Zero secured a deal with Wind-Up Records and released their debut studio album, State of Mind, in 2016. The album featured the single "Go (Let Me Save You)," which peaked at number 17 on the mainstream rock chart. In 2013, Citizen Zero received the Detroit Music Award for Outstanding Rock/Pop Recording.
