CID (aka Carlos Cid) is a Grammy-winning DJ, producer, and label boss from Queens, New York, known for his energetic contributions to the global dance music scene. He began DJing at age 12 and rose to prominence with hit singles like "No!" (2016), "Together" (2016), and "Where I Want 2 B" (2021). His breakout came in 2012 with a Grammy win for Cedric Gervaisâ remix of Lana Del Rey's "Summertime Sadness." A frequent collaborator with artists like Kaskade and Tiësto, CID has released music on Spinninâ Records and heads his own imprint, Night Service Only. CID continued to release notable singles, such as âRock The Houseâ(2019), âSmileâ (2021), and âCan You Really Feel Me?â (2025). âFancy $hit,â with Taylr Renee providing vocals, entered the dance charts with its release in September 2025.
