Biography

Chronic Future was an American rock band from Scottsdale, Arizona, formed in 1995 when the members' average age was 14. The group consisted of Mike Busse, Ben Collins, Brandon Lee, and Barry Collins. Its self-titled debut studio album, Chronic Future, was released in 1996 and gained local airplay but achieved no commercial success. In 2000, they released the studio album 4 Elements. The band's major-label debut with Interscope Records in 2004 featured the studio album Lines in My Face, which reached number 18 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and included the single âTime and Time Againâ, peaking at number 40 on the Billboard Modern Rock charts. After leaving Interscope Records in 2006, the members operated under their own independent label, Modern Art Records, releasing the studio album This and of That (2006) and the EP Modern Art EP (2008), followed by the compilation album Demoitis (2009).
