She is best known for tracks like "Lacinhos Cor-de-Rosa," "Billy," and "Banho de Lua." While she briefly expanded into acting, her primary legacy remains her role in the Jovem Guarda movement and her early 1960s recordings. She largely retired from the industry in 1962 to focus on her personal life.
