Biography

Magnus August Hoiberg aka Cashmere Cat is an electronic music producer from Norway. He got his start in the turnablist scene when he took part in the DMC World Championships in 2006. Steeped in British post-dubstep culture and the futuristic sounds of modern R&B, the young man quickly began producing remixes for the international hip-hop intelligentsia. He has worked for the likes of Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa, Ludacris, Drake, 2 Chainz and others. He also invited teen pop stars Ariana Grande on the track "Adore" (2015) and Selena Gomez on "Trust Nobody " (2016). This single, which entered the best-seller charts, revealed him to the French public.
