Camille Yembe, a Belgian singer of Congolese descent, was born in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, in the Brussels region, on January 17, 1997. After writing for other artists such as Tiakola, Eva, and actress Stefi Celma, she collaborated in 2024 with rapper Moha MMZ on âBleu nuitâ and released her first single , âPlastique,â that same year. Other singles followed, such as âEncoreâ and âCoups de soleilâ in 2025, as well as the release of the EP *Plastique*. Blending elements of pop, rock, chanson, rap, and electronic music, Camille Yembe kicked off 2026 with the track â Je ne l'ai jamais dit à personne,â followed by â16 ans dans les veinesâ with Lous and the Yakuza and âAutodéfenseâ with Ino Casablanca, all tracks from her debut album Jeune & Laide, which peaked at No. 130 on the SNEP chart.
