Biography

HINA is a French singer-songwriter who blends electro-pop, variété and alternative pop. With influences ranging from RAYE and Daft Punk to Juliette Armanet, KALIKA, Disiz and Orelsan, her project is part of a new generation of female pop that is both introspective and committed. Her lyrics deal with first love, relationships, feminism and mental health, with a personal, frontal style. After a first EP, Minuit Pile, released in January 2024 and produced by MAB and Balthazar Picard, she performed on several stages, including La Maroquinerie, opening for Zélie. In March 2025, she unveiled Summer Hater Club, a second EP featuring the tracks J'arrête, Trop de colère and Pas le moment. This project explores themes such as generational anger, fragile self-esteem and abortion, in a form that oscillates between pop-rock ballads, club energy and intimate confession. HINA builds a hybrid aesthetic, between chanson heritage and electronic sounds, inspired as much by Jeff Buckley as Nina Simone, Dua Lipa or Yoa. On stage, she alternates between powerful moments and raw intimacy, offering a proposal that is both musical and narrative.
