Biography

Camila Fernández, born November 30, 1997, in Guadalajara, Mexico, is a singer whose lineage as the daughter of Alejandro Fernández and granddaughter of Vicente Fernández has deeply influenced her musical journey. Immersed in music from a young age, she honed her skills in diverse disciplines, studying at institutions like La Jolla Piano Institute and Berklee College of Music. She debuted live alongside her father at the MGM Grand in 2014 and signed with Universal Music Mexico on her 18th birthday in 2015. Her early works include a standout duet of "El ciclo sin fin" with Alejandro Fernández for We Love Disney (Latino). Camila Fernández released her debut EP Mío in 2018, followed by her first full-length album, Vulnerable, in 2022, showcasing her blend of contemporary pop and traditional influences. Her 2023 self-titled album further cemented her place in the Mexican music scene, bolstered by collaborations with Morat ("Debí suponerlo") and Moderatto ("Un poco de tu amor"). Known for her rich vocal style and dynamic performances, she also delivered the Mexican National Anthem at a high-profile fight for Canelo Álvarez in 2024.
